What is your minimum hire period?

 

We hire equipment out from a minimum of a single day through to long term rentals requirements of each event.

 

Can you help to install & connect the equipment I hire?

 

Our staff and trained in the workings of all of our equipment range and are more than happy to assist in connection and demonstrating how to operate the units. We are also able to help maneuver equipment into any event, be it upstairs, into buildings or remote locates.

 

Does Caterhire have Refrigeration for rent?

 

Yes we have an expanding range of refrigeration to suit each event’s needs, including single & double door display, Deli Cabinets, Countertop Displays, under bench, Multi Deck Open Displays and Freezers.

 

I have an emergency equipment order can you assist?

 

Yes we are happy to be able to provide emergency & next day service for your equipment requirements that will keep your businesses and events running smoothly.

 

Do you have any portable hand washing stations?

 

Caterhire have both the Handeman and Hygienius self-contained hand wash units which comply with industry standards. We also have larger self-contained sinks which allow for dishwashing as well as hand cleaning at remote events and exhibitions where plumbing is not available.

 

Can I order my equipment to be deliver/collected?

 

Yes we have our dedicated logistics and transport division that are willing and able to deliver equipment to sites as your events require.

 

Does Caterhire provide equipment outside of Melbourne?

Caterhire’s operation is based out of our Truganina Warehouse. However, we are happy to transport or freight equipment to regional Victorian or Interstate destinations if it suits our customer’s requirements.
